How to Request Non-Warranty Repairs, Changes, or Refinishing
Step 1: Submit Photos & Service Request
- Email clear front and back photos of the item to your Account Manager.
- Include a brief description of the requested service(s).
- ⚠️ Do not send items without submitting a service request.
- Items without explanation may be delayed.
- Unidentified items may be discarded after 90 days.
Step 2: Item Evaluation
- Your Account Manager will review the item and assess if the requested service is feasible.
Step 3: Service Approval & Quote
- If the photos do not reveal any issues that would make repair or refinishing inadvisable or impossible, we’ll provide a detailed quote outlining the cost and scope of work. In some cases, we may ask you to send the item(s) in for a physical evaluation, as certain details can be missed in photos. Once we’ve received and inspected the item(s), we’ll issue the final quote.
Step 4: Shipping Policy
- Non-warranty services do not include free shipping.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to and from our facility.
