The finish on our badges, hat badges, and medals is covered by a three-year warranty under normal wear and tear, provided our Care Instructions are followed and subject to certain limitations.

All sales are final and non-returnable. However, you may cancel or make changes within one (1) business day of receiving an emailed copy of the sales order from your Account Manager. Once production begins, any changes or cancellations may be subject to work-in-process fees.
